ONE CANNOT SEPARATE THE MIND FROM THE BODY BECAUSE THE SAME CELLS THAT MANUFACTURE AND RECEIVE EMOTIONAL ENERGY IN THE BRAIN ARE PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE BODY
Sharing the ancient art of Sungazing has prompted further discussion of going into the Mind/Body situation after energy is introduced into the body through the Mind or Pineal Gland. Sungazing also affects the Pituitary Gland which is fed by the Pineal Gland. Sungazing eventually affects all the human body, but the “energy language” begins with these glands. The body reveals in physical terms what the Mind is producing. The brain is the link with the body through the generation of the Mind. This method begins with an understanding of how the body is a perfect electronic system, and the brain is the central computer that controls all processes through the Mind.
Through the immune system, the “energy language” is the aid and assistance to the body’s health. The immune system communicates with other systems of the body and has the natural ability to react to fight infections, dis-ease, and foreign substances that could invade the body’s various systems. The energy shall always seek health.
The Pineal Gland vibrating at a very high rate of speed or energy influences the Pituitary Gland which influences the rest of the through the endocrine system. The energy then is passed on to the body through the Central Nervous System (CNS). When the Pineal is activated by energy (which can be heightened by Sungazing), it in turn activates thought. The glands govern energy levels, and when stimulated, a higher energy level is created. It actually is the true cause of spiritual illumination or the action of reaching higher levels of vibrational energy frequencies.
An individual who practices the principal of chanting or sound communication, along with meditation, is more likely to gain entry into higher energy levels more quickly. Adding Sungazing to these practices also increases the actual size of the Pineal Gland. As humans grow older, the Pineal has a tendency to shrink. However, brain scans of a 70-year old man who practiced Sungazing show that his Pineal was three (3) times as large as a person who has not meditated or used Sungazing. Calcification of the Pineal, known as Brain Sand, occurs in older individuals, especially if they have not ventured into any spiritual growth practices. Sungazing may also promote weight loss. If the Mind and body are nourished by the sun, the body seems to not need food. There are some reports that there may be a total loss of the desire and need to eat.
Pineal and Pituitary Glands also influence the subterranean sphere of electricity or electromagnetic forces in the Earth, and this is why it is important to place one’s feet on the ground or floor when participating in any meditations, etc. These forces are the wavelength to God.
The nerve cells that make up the CNS gather information, and this signaling is a chemical process as well as an electrical process. At the point where two (2) nerve cells meet, which is called the synapse, the electrical state of a nerve is communicated to the other nerves by the release of chemical molecules called neurotransmitter. Neurotransmitter chemicals are manufactured by the nerve cells. Neurotransmitters relay signals between nerve cells called “neurons”.
Neurotransmitters are chemical messingers that communicate with the human body through cells by way of molecules (another entirely different subject). The molecule holds together, or binds, neurotransmitters (histamins, melatonin, and serotonin, etc.), steroids (sex hormones, etc.), and peptides (endorphins, etc.). Molecules are not cells but are in cells. They are the brain chemicals that communicate information (or energy language) throughout the brain by way of the Pineal and Pituitary and into the body. Neurotransmitters are generated by the Mind which can now be referred to as the Pineal Gland. This method can be referred to as Thought or Soul Spirit communicating with the body.
There are two types of neurotransmitters; namely, inhibitory and excitatory. Melatonin and serotonin are inhibitory which means that they do not stimulate the brain. Neurons are electrically excitable or excitatory neurotransmitters and run through the CNS.
Neurotransmitter levels can be depleted in many ways. As a matter of fact, it is estimated that 86% of Americans fall short for standards of neurotransmitter levels. Stress, poor diet, neurotoxins, genetic predisposition, drugs (prescription and recreational), alcohol, and caffeine usage can cause these levels to be out of the standard range. Neurotransmitters are discussed in the Treatise “The Larger Spiritual Order & Universal Scheme of Things-Simplified” in Chapter 9, Body/Mind.
Glutamate, a natural substance in the body, also known as MSG, also falls under the category of excitatory neurotransmitters, and is the major transmitter in the brain. This MSG is NOT the MSG that is added to food, is high in salt, and can cause many adverse problems. It is naturally involved in most aspects of normal brain function including awareness, memory, and learning. It also plays a major role in telling the heart to beat, the lungs to breathe, and the stomach to digest. Glutamate can also affect mood, sleep, concentration, and weight. This neurotransmitter is located inside the cells and converts to glutamine. The process is very involved, and if an individual is interested, it is best if they do their own research.
Hormones are secreted by the Pineal Gland through the hypothalamus and into the Pituitary Gland which then proceed through the CNS and then deliver energy to all other organs, muscles, cells, etc. This process spreads energy by way of neurons throughout the endocrine system, and this energy assists the other glands to do their work. Meditation, etc., therefore, is very helpful in distributing this energy to a specific location of the endocrine system through Thought. The thought can also be distributed to the body as a whole.
Sungazing is also beneficial by supplying more energy to generate endorphins in the Pituitary Gland. Endorphins are peptides and consist of two parts; that is, “endo” and “orphin”. They are derived from the words endogenous and morphine and are intended to mean “a morphine-like substance originating from within the body”.
Endorphins are neurochemicals that act by changing the way in which nerve cells respond to transmitters. Endorphins, produced in the Pituitary, and encephalins, produced in the nervous system, are the body’s natural painkillers. When an individual is injured, pain impulses travel up the spinal cord or nervous system. It is here that the encephalins block the pain signals while the endorphins are released in the Pituitary. Endorphins were discovered after scientists found that the pain reliever, morphine, already fit a certain nerve cell structure in the brain. This meant that the Pituitary already was producing a painkiller of its own which was later discovered and named “endogenous morphine”.
Dopamine, a neurotransmitter, is the chemical in the Pituitary that releases natural endorphins. Endorphins are produced by energy (of which Sungazing and/or meditation could be one), and they resemble opiates in their abilities to produce a feeling of well-being. They enhance the immune system, reduce stress levels, postpone the aging process, modulate appetite, lower blood pressure, and influence a calm or euphoric state of mind along with music or laughter, spicy food such as chocolate and chili peppers. They also are accredited to “adrenaline rush” and runner’s high. Pain and stress are the two most common factors leading to the release of endorphins. Endorphins are opiate receptors in the CNS and also have the ability to modify cancer cells.
Opiate is the standard form that describes natural chemistry and are directly from the opium poppy. Opioids are opiates but include chemicals that have been synthesized in some manner like pharmaceutical drugs. Heroin is an opioid but not an opiate; morphine is an opiate and also an opioid. . .they are similar due to similar molecules. Heroin has no medicinal purpose and is highly abused while codeine is an opiate made from the poppy. Natural opioids like morphine are produced by the body but also can be produced by pharmaceutical companies. Pharmaceutical opioids may cause addiction; therefore, why use them when the body can make its own opiates by bringing natural energy into the body by practicing Sungazing and/or meditation.
There is a new synthetic drug being taken by addicts called “flakka”, also known as gravel. It is like cocaine, but it is more dangerous than cocaine. It is a crystal-like drug that is smoked and vapored in e-cigarettes and is similar to, but more powerful than, bath salts. The side effects are superhuman strength, hallucinations, paranoia, aggression, and violence. It has caused much violence especially when the smoker has so much aggression that they rip the clothing off their body.
Hopefully, I have shared enough information so that anyone interested may be able to research on their own or decide to try Sungazing. I have been able to gaze at the sun at sundown for 40 seconds and counting. A person from California who read my last post informed me she has accomplished 60 seconds.
Since the Sun is of the Universe, the next post shall be of the Universe. May the “Force” be with you!
